A walk and nature talk exploring the source of the river Lennon, Lough gartan, and nature in the area

Glebe House

<p>Meeting at Glebe House carpark, we will explore some of the nature in the area, walking from there towards Colmcilles church, finsihing in the area.   If time allows we will test the water quality of Lough Gartan by looking at macro invertebrates (bugs in the water) and will discuss plants that we find on the road.  The walk takes place on a public road and there will be some uneven ground.  Suitable for 8 years upwards.  Starts Glebe House 11am, finishes 1300.  Bring approprite footwear, raingear and a mask.  Kindly supported by the Local Authorities water program.</p>
