The training will focus on helping people with disabilities to use the UN CRPD as an advocacy tool.

Who is this training for : People with Disabilities What will the training be: The training will focus on helping people with disabilities to use the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities as an advocacy tool. To accomplish this, the training will also use the UN CRPD to demonstrate advocacy and group skills, such as how to approach public officials, and how to decide on an approach and a goal as a group. Have you an ongoing problem or your group that you seem to be getting nowhere in achieving your goals? Are you feeling disheartened and unsure of how you are going to speak up for yourself or your group? These are all questions that are going to be discussed at our next Free Training programme on UNCRPD Advocacy Training for People with Disabilities.How many sessions are there and what are the dates : People from the South of Ireland : 22nd Sept , 13th Oct &amp; 10th Nov Time 11-1pm
