Gym+Coffee Manchester

Join us for a free Walk+Talk event on Sunday, 10th October to mark World Mental Health Day. This is an open invite for our community, and all their friends + family, to come along to our Clubhouse, meet new people and walk with us to raise mental health awareness and to show our support for one another.It all kicks off at 11:00am at our Clubhouse and we’ll be joined by our mental health partners, RunTalkRun who will lead us through the Walk+Talk session.
