Swimmin’ Women 6- Week ProgrammeTo encourage and empower women to participate in water sports to learn how to swim and experience how Swimming can support females throughout and during the perimenopause and menopause transition periods.Starts: Sunday, October 10th, 17th &amp; 31st &amp; continues on 7th 14th &amp; 21st November 2021. Time: Arrive at 6pm to start at 6.15pmGear: Swimming tog, hat &amp; goggles, towel.Swimmin’ Women Midlife Programme Includes:<ul><li>Specific 6–week swimming programme developed by Swim Ireland and coordinated by Carlow Sports Partnership.</li><li>Delivered by qualified swim coaches.</li><li>Goodie bags for participants with Swim hat, drawstring bag and menopause pamphlet.</li></ul><ul><li>Local Physiotherapist to attend 1 session per programme for additional support.</li></ul>Why not end 2021 with the skill of swimming and progress into Swim for a Mile in January 2022 all held in Graiguecullen Swimming Pool.Any queires or questions contact Majella: mfennelly@carlowcoco.ie
