<h3>About The Event</h3> Join us for our first ever LIVE SHOW of Cneasú the Podcast, where Real Talk meets Real Life.An afternoon of community and conversations as we sit down with Podcast Host Doireann Barrett &amp; Guests for the official launch of the Podcast.Guests will share inspirational stories and attendee's will have the opportunity to ask your questions. The afternoon will include:<ul><li>Welcome Drinks &amp; Stalls - An opportunity to chat, mingle and speak to brands and organisations who love health &amp; wellbeing as much as we do. Tea/ Coffee or a glass of Bubbles on arrival.</li><li>A Fireside Chat with Doireann &amp; Guests - conversations about life &amp; healing journey's.</li><li>Audience Q&amp;A – Ask us anything! Our guests will answer your questions, no matter how outrageous. Well with limits.</li><li>Meet &amp; Greet– Grab a moment with Guest Speakers - please ask for Guest Speakers consent before taking a photo.</li></ul> This isn't JUST a podcast episode, it's a chance to meet, connect and share with the other guests who truly get it when it comes to women's health, periods, endometriosis, adenomyosis, pcos, poi, pmdd and more!Everyone welcome especially the Men - we want you to learn too!Come meet our community, grab a drink, and be part of the International Women's Day with Cneasú. <h3>Tickets &amp; Entry Information</h3>🎤 Event starts at 12:45 pm, doors open at 12:00 pm. ☕️ Tea/ Coffee or a Glass of Bubbles on arrival 12pm 🪑 Seating is unreserved so arrive early to secure the best spot! Guest Panel of SpeakersCaitlin KirraneCaitlin is a mum of four, content creator, and mental health advocate who uses her platform to share honest conversations around motherhood, identity, and living with PMDD. Through real-life storytelling, Caitlins work to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and help others feel less alone in their experiences. Alongside this, her husband and Caitlin are currently building their self-build forever home, documenting the realities of creating a family space with intention, resilience, and authenticity while living in a Mobile Home while they build.Yasmina RenaudinYasmina is French Moroccan with a deep passion for Ireland. She is the cofounder of RedaCare, an Irish startup born from personal and family health challenges, with a mission to make certified holistic therapies more visible, trusted, and accessible. RedaCare is designed as a one stop hub to connect people seeking holistic support with certified and insured therapists, helping clients find the right care with confidence while supporting practitioners to grow sustainable, ethical practices.Emma QuirkeEmma Quirke is a business owner and guest speaker who brings awareness to Premature Ovarian Insufficiency through lived experience. After her own diagnosis, Emma became a strong voice for education, understanding, and empowerment around women's health. She is passionate about normalising conversations around fertility, hormones, and identity, and encouraging women to advocate for themselves. Emma's talks are honest, compassionate, and deeply relatable.Niamh DevineNiamh Devine is a TEDx speaker, mind–body mentor, and somatic &amp; energy practitioner based in Ireland. She healed paralysis by having a direct conversation with her brain — an experience that radically reshaped her understanding of the body, symptoms, and healing, and later informed her work with the nervous system and somatic approaches. If attending with small babies please be mindful of noise if your baby becomes restless - there are beautiful gardens to step out to or the hotel foyer if you need to settle your smallie.</li><li>Ticket confirmations will be required for entry.</li><li>Tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.</li><li>Photography and videography will be in use during this event. If you do not wish to be included, please email info@thegfkitchenco.ie in advance of the event we will need to know by March 4th to inform the media team.</li><li>Please be mindful of your own personal photo or videography.
