About The Event

Join us for our first ever LIVE SHOW of Cneasú the Podcast, where Real Talk meets Real Life.

An afternoon of community and conversations as we sit down with Podcast Host Doireann Barrett & Guests for the official launch of the Podcast.

Guests will share inspirational stories and attendee's will have the opportunity to ask your questions.

The afternoon will include:

• Welcome Drinks & Stalls - An opportunity to chat, mingle and speak to brands and organisations who love health & wellbeing as much as we do. Tea/ Coffee or a glass of Bubbles on arrival.
• A Fireside Chat with Doireann & Guests - conversations about life & healing journey's.
• Audience Q&A – Ask us anything! Our guests will answer your questions, no matter how outrageous. Well with limits.
• Meet & Greet– Grab a moment with Guest Speakers - please ask for Guest Speakers consent before taking a photo.

This isn't JUST a podcast episode, it's a chance to meet, connect and share with the other guests who truly get it when it comes to women's health, periods, endometriosis, adenomyosis, pcos, pmdd and more!

Everyone welcome especially the Men - we want you to learn too!

Tickets & Entry Information

🎤 Event starts at 12:45 pm, doors open at 12:00 pm.
☕️ Tea/ Coffee or a Glass of Bubbles on arrival 12pm
🪑 Seating is unreserved so arrive early to secure the best spot! Please be advised there will be reserved seating for Retreat Guests & Speakers.

Important Information

• This is an adult event but 16+ can attend with a parent or guardian, no toddlers or small children. If attending with small babies please be mindful of noise if your baby becomes restless - there are beautiful gardens to step out to or the hotel foyer if you need to settle your smallie.
• Ticket confirmations will be required for entry.
• Tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
• Photography and videography will be in use during this event. If you do not wish to be included, please email info@thegfkitchenco.ie in advance of the event we will need to know by March 4th to inform the media team.
• Please be mindful of your own personal photo or videography. Please do not take video or photography without prior consent and do not post on social media without consent to protect indiduals privacy.
• Parking at the Venue available.
• Enter through the Pavillion Main Entrance only & not through the Banquet Hall Entrance!
