Promoting Science, Technology, Engineering and maths education in the Midlands of Ireland through a variety of outreach projects, public events and a regional science festival. Events and activities for all ages and interests. We believe in the power of public engagement with science to create a more informed society for everyone. Midlands Science

<p>Join flooding expert Dr Rolf Hut of Delft University of Technology to discuss the history and science of flooding and what we can do to manage flooding in a responsible way. This discussion is part of a series of events for Midlands Science Week with guest festival curator Dr Barry Fitzgerald of TU Eindhoven. The Midlands Science Festival is part of national Science Week, supported by Science Foundation Ireland. </p>
