Join me for a cosy online Christmas gathering where we’ll share stories, favourite poems, and reflections on what this season means to us.

Let's Pause and Reflect Together

The "Let's Pause and Reflect Together" workshops are designed to be both inspiring and enjoyable. Maria facilitates using a creative groupwork approach, with exercises carefully chosen to give primacy to the participants' wisdom.

This is a gently facilitated space for authentic connection — a chance to hear different voices and perspectives, to be moved by poetry, and to spend time with what Christmas holds for each of us this year. Whether the season brings joy, bittersweet memories, mixed feelings, or a desire for quiet reflection, you’re welcome exactly as you are.<h4>What to expect</h4>· A warmly guided 90-minute online session with a small group (maximum 12 participants)· Time to share a favourite Christmas memory, if you wish· An opportunity to read a poem you love and say a little about why it speaks to you. (If you would prefer to listen to poems and not read one aloud, you are most welcome too!)· Thoughtful, unhurried conversation about what Christmas means now· A respectful, boundaried space where you choose what — and how much — you share<h4>Please bring</h4>A favourite Christmas poem, or a winter/seasonal poem, that you would be happy to read aloud to the group. It can be well-known or obscure, serious or playful — whatever speaks to you.This gathering is for anyone who values meaningful conversation and authentic connection during the Christmas season.
