What should I bring?

Please bring with you warm dry outdoor clothing for walking to and from the Woods, the walk is apprx 2kms from the Hotel through the estate and into Ballyseedy Woods. Bring appropriate footwear also. Bring a change of clothes depending on the weather. Bring a swimsuit for the Spa.

Do I need a Yoga Mat for Sound Therapy?

Accepted Answer

Yes - Please bring your own Mat, cosy blanket and pillow for under your head. Wear comfy casual attire.

Are food allergens catered for?

Accepted Answer

Yes - all allergens are catered for but please let us know in advance if you have any queries. Lunch includes Soup & Sandwiches. Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian is catered for also.

Can I come solo or bring a friend?

Accepted Answer

All are welcome please come alone or bring a loved one. Over 18's
