Different Ages, Different Challenges — Same Need to Be Heard Ages -18-25
Overview
This FREE workshop is for men aged 18–25 who may be navigating confidence, comparison, social media pressure, finding direction, relationships, identity, or simply trying to figure out where they fit in the world.
This stage of life can feel overwhelming — expectations, uncertainty, and the sense that everyone else has it figured out. Many young men struggle silently, unsure how to put feelings into words or where to seek support.
This workshop offers a safe, relaxed, and supportive space to:
- explore emotional wellbeing
- build emotional language
- learn simple coping tools
- realise you are not alone
There is no pressure to speak, no judgement, and no expectation to share more than you are comfortable with.
This workshop is facilitated by a qualified counsellor and is part of a community-based initiative aimed at breaking the silence around men’s mental health.
