Different Ages, Different Challenges — Same Need to Be Heard - Ages 26 -45

V94 H9C8limerick, Limerick
Wednesday, Mar 25 from 7 pm to 9 pm
Overview

Free men’s wellbeing workshop (26–45) offering support around stress, relationships, pressure, and emotional wellbeing.

This free workshop is for men aged 26–45, a life stage often filled with pressure — work stress, relationships, fatherhood, financial strain, burnout, loneliness, or feeling “behind” in life.

Some men at this age are building careers or families, others are living at home, navigating separation, returning to education, or questioning their direction. Many carry the belief they should be coping better — and stay silent as a result.

This workshop provides a confidential, supportive space to:

Explore emotional wellbeing

Understand stress and burnout

Build emotional awareness

Connect with others who may feel similar, even if their lives look different

You do not need to have the answers.

You do not need to explain yourself.

You just need to show up.

There is no pressure to speak, no judgement, and no expectation to share more than you are comfortable with.

This workshop is facilitated by a qualified counsellor and is part of a community-based initiative aimed at breaking the silence around men’s mental health.

🟢 Free event

🟢 Limited to 20 participants

🟢 Venue: The Glórach Theatre, Abbeyfeale

You are not alone. Every story deserves to be heard

These age ranges are a guideline — if you feel a different group suits you better, you are very welcome.
