Different Ages, Different Challenges — Same Need to Be Heard Ages 46 -60
Overview
This free workshop is for men aged 46–60, a time of life that often brings significant emotional shifts.
This may include:
- loneliness or emotional isolation
- identity changes
- caring for ageing parents or family members
- relationship strain or separation
- financial pressure
- health concerns
- grief or loss
- children growing up or leaving home
Many men at this stage have spent years putting others first and suppressing their own emotions. This workshop creates a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Together, we will gently explore:
- emotional wellbeing
- suppressed emotions
- coping strategies for everyday life
- reconnecting with purpose and meaning
There is no pressure to speak, no judgement, and no expectation to share more than you are comfortable with.
This workshop is facilitated by a qualified counsellor and is part of a community-based initiative aimed at breaking the silence around men’s mental health.
