This free workshop is for men aged 60 and over, a stage of life that can bring reflection, transition, and sometimes quiet struggle.This may include:<ul><li>retirement and loss of routine or identity</li><li>grief and loss</li><li>emotional isolation or loneliness</li><li>health or financial worries</li><li>regrets or unresolved experiences</li><li>lack of motivation or joy</li><li>Questioning purpose</li></ul>Many men of this generation were never encouraged to talk about feelings — yet the need to be heard does not fade with age.This workshop offers a respectful, calm, and supportive space to:<ul><li>explore emotional wellbeing</li><li>reflect without judgement</li><li>reconnect with meaning and purpose</li><li>realise you are not alone in how you feel.</li></ul>There is no pressure to speak, no judgement, and no expectation to share more than you are comfortable with.This workshop is facilitated by a qualified counsellor and is part of a community-based initiative aimed at breaking the silence around men’s mental health.🟢 Free event 🟢 Limited to 20 participants 🟢 Venue: The Glórach Theatre, AbbeyfealeYou are not alone.
