This evening is designed to gently calm the mind, open the heart, and support self-expression through meditation, reflection, and sound.
What to Expect
✨ Two Guided Meditations
We will journey through two meditations focused on calming the nervous system, grounding into the body, and reconnecting with the present moment. These meditations will be done lying down or seated comfortably.
✍️ Journaling & Reflection
There will be time for journaling to support self-reflection and integration. Please bring a notebook and pen.
🕯 Sacred Circle Sharing
We will come together in a circle to share in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. Sharing is always optional, and everyone is invited to express themselves in a way that feels comfortable.
🎶 Connecting With Your Voice
We will explore gentle vocal expression and singing as a form of healing and connection. No singing experience or “good” singing voice is required - just an open heart and willingness to explore sound as a tool for healing.

This is a confidential and nurturing environment where you are welcome exactly as you are.
