Dance is a fun and exciting activity that doews not have a language limits and can help reduce stress and anxiety levels, releasing endorphins and improving mood. Sometimes all we need is to take a breath, move, feel other people’s energy, and remember that joy is natural.📆 22 February, 14:00-17:00📍 The Factory, Bolland's Mills, Dublin 4You will experience:🔹 integrative international dances — easy, fun, no preparation required,🔹 meeting new people in a warm supporting atmosphere,🔹 active games for energy, laughter and freedom,🔹 slavic round dance practices — about unity, warmth, and connection between people.My mood is my choice.
