Matthew Smyth, Prestige Irish Whiskey Ambassador, will present the Spot range of Irish Whiskey from Midleton Distillery, in Forty One Bar and Restaurant, Ennis, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 19:30 sharp.

Spot whiskeys are an iconic Single Pot Still range from Midleton Distillery, created with Dublin’s Mitchell & Son and named after their tradition of marking casks with coloured “spots.” The range - Green Spot (40%), Yellow Spot 12 (46%), Red Spot 15 (46%), and the cask-strength Blue Spot 7- encompasses varied maturation in bourbon, sherry, Malaga, Marsala, and Madeira casks, showcasing how wood, age, and strength can create very interesting Irish whiskey.

The ticket price includes at least 5 product samples. Tickets are open to the public but places are limited so please make sure you buy your ticket early to avoid disappointment.
