Beyond Surviving is a registered survivor-led charity. All facilitators are trained and Garda Vetted. Each group has a maximum of 12 survivors.

Who is Beyond Surviving for?

Any survivor 18 years or older who feels ready to take the next step on their healing journey. Our support extends and compliments existing crisis and frontline services - we are not a crisis-centre ourselves. We support you to explore healing in different ways.

Domestic, sexual and gender-based violence and abuse.

What happens after I register?

We will send you an email with a link to our Calendly schedule where we invite you to choose a date and time to meet briefly and (virtually) with us. This is a casual chat so we can get to know one another, and ensure that all those who want to attend feel comfortable.

Where exactly is this support group being held?

Galway City Centre. You'll find out more when we meet with you for our brief and virtual chat prior to the event. You'll only have do to this for your first support group.

Yes, on a monthly basis. Same venue, same time, we'll confirm the date or check back here on our Eventbrite/ website.
