Meditation & Healing with Éist Saying No To Silence
Éist Saying No To Silence warmly invites you to join us for our second Meditation & Healing session.
As we approach the end of the month, this evening offers a chance to pause, breathe, and gently reconnect with yourself and others in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
This gathering is not about fixing or forcing anything. It is simply an opportunity to rest, reflect, and share space with people who understand the importance of compassion, safety, and community.
Together we will create a calm and grounding space where participants can take part in a guided meditation and quiet reflection, with time to connect with others if they wish.
Everything about this session is optional and participant-led, you are welcome to engage in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
What to expect
- A trauma-informed, supportive environment
- A gentle guided meditation
- Time for quiet reflection and grounding
- The opportunity to connect with others in a safe and inclusive space
Whether you choose to sit quietly, take part in the meditation, or simply be present in the room, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Who this space is for
This session is open to:
- Victims and survivors of rape and sexual violence
- Loved ones supporting survivors
- Allies who wish to hold space with care and respect
Our intention
At Éist, we believe healing can be supported through connection, community, and compassionate spaces where people feel seen and heard. This session is one small way we hope to create that space together.
There is no expectation to share personal experiences, and everyone attending is asked to respect the privacy and wellbeing of others.
