Join Niamh Barry and fellow survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence for a deeply calming session designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and inner stillness. This gentle practice combines slow, supported yin yoga, a mindful tea ritual, and a soothing sound meditation. The session offers a peaceful, nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience deep rest.

No artistic experience is needed - session offers a calm, supportive space to reflect, create, and connect with others at your own pace.


What to expect:

✨ Meet & greet facilitated by Beyond Surviving | 20 mins

Welcome and mindful tea ritual: A simple tea offering to help everyone arrive and settle | 10 min

✨ Gentle yin yoga : Slow, supported postures designed for deep relaxation and nervous system soothing | 35 min

✨ Sound meditation: A calming sound experience to support deep rest and integration | 15 min

✨ Quiet closing: A gentle return and closing reflection | 5 min

✨ Connection & chats facilitated by Beyond Surviving | 10 mins
