PLEASE NOTE: This Event is a three day event from Tuesday 9am-4pm, Wednesday 9am-4pm and Thursday 9am-4pm.For nurses and midwives ready to lead an empowered organisation, the LEO (Leading an Empowered Organisation) Leadership Programme, brand new to the RCSI Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, is launching in September, 2026.LEO is a three-day, internationally recognised leadership programme designed by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals, which will be offered monthly from Sept 2026 until May 2027.LEO (Leading an Empowered Organisation) Programme – Key Information<ul><li>Dates: September 2026 (Sept 8th-10th)</li><li>Duration: 3-day, full-time programme</li><li>Credits: 24</li><li>Location: Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland</li></ul>What you’ll gain:<ul><li>Practical leadership skills you can apply immediately in your workplace</li><li>Tools to build strong, effective team relationships</li><li>Strategies to support and empower colleagues</li><li>Techniques to lead change and improve team performance</li></ul>Cost: €600Fellows and Members in Good Standing can avail of a 10% discount by contacting facnurse@rcsi.comGroup discount available for organisationsPLEASE NOTE: This CPD is a three-day program with a one-day follow-up about 2-3 months after completion of the course for participants to present their QI projects hosted on a Teams Meeting.
