This event is open to those who already have a full D Bus Driving Licence and to new entrants who wish to know more about the Bus Eireann Bus Driver Training Programme.
About Bus Éireann
Bus Éireann is recruiting candidates for Professional Bus Driving in Cork City to join them in delivering a quality customer service. They are looking for people who will operate their buses safely and efficiently and who will make every effort to ensure their customers have a positive experience of Bus Éireann.

- Meet the local Human Resources team
- Learn about working as a Bus Driver with Bus Éireann. This will include a presentation from the team.
- Avail of the opportunity to ask questions about a future career with Bus Éireann.
Are you interested in how to start the journey of becoming a Bus Driver?
Minimum Entry level requirements:
You will need a valid Irish B (Car) driving licence for a minimum of 2 years with no endorsements.
You are invited to attend if you wish to learn more about the Bus Éireann Training Programme regardless of whether or not you hold a D Licence (Bus) Learner Permit.
On the day the Bus Éireann Recruitment Team will be available to answer questions about the Bus Eireann Driver Training Programme.
Recruitment Process: Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Training: Initial training is provided as well as on-going training and development (including periodic CPC).

- A valid CPC Bus Case Study sheet
- A valid Irish B licence for at least 2 years.
