Cycle 10km From Coachhouse Coffee, greenway Car park - Crough Wood ,Stroll 5km through Crough Wood, Following the river. Stop for a complimentary tea/coffee and scone at Crough Wood - Return 10km on bike to Coachhouse

Total stroll - 5km
