Diveboy at SIRIUS
Diveboy are an Indie pop band hailing from Cork, Ireland via the west coast of Clare. Formerly known as The Burma - Tony O’Donovan, Peter Piggott and Cian Doherty recently relaunched as Diveboy. Accrediting their sound to influences of indie scenes in the United States and the United Kingdom from the 1980s to the early 2000s, they list bands such as The Killers, Tame Impala, The Smiths, Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes as their inspiration.
Diveboy’s first two albums, Sucker for Stars and Crazy Dreams & Cruel Realities, have gained extensive coverage and airplay across Ireland, and their highly anticipated new album, In Orbit, is due to be released on 2 October 2026. At SIRIUS, they present a homecoming evening with a setlist including their newest album and fan favourites to the people of Cobh and beyond.
