An elegant and exclusive Summer Afternoon Brunch will take place outdoors at The Courtyard at The Glasshouse at The Montenotte on Saturday 15th August as part of the Cork on a Fork Festival 2026

On arrival guests will enjoy a refreshing Montenotte Gin & Tonic.
We are delighted to partner with “On The Pigs Back” from The English Market who will supply the ingredients for our delicious Cork Cheese & Charcuterie Board which we will pair with the elegant and lifted sparkling Rosé, Gusbourne Estate Rose from the Gusbourne Estate in Kent
What more could you ask for Cheese, Charcuterie and sparkling Rosé.


Gusbourne Estate Rosé:

An elegant and lifted sparkling Rosé packed full of summer fruits like strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb. On the palate, the wine is layered with salty flavours, bright red berries, strawberry leaves and brioche.

Relax after your summer brunch in The Glasshouse, the stunning cocktail bar at The Montenotte or if the weather allows an afternoon stroll in our Victorian Sunken Gardens.
