NUIG SU 6 Week Strength + Conditioning Course | Rang Nirt agus AclaitheThis is a 45 minute LIVE Zoom class with a mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises at 5.30pm every Monday from the 1st of November 2021 for 6 Weeks with Lucia Byrne Fitness. Can&#x27;t make the live class? We will send a recording on to you. We will be working the whole body using compound movements, it’s going to be fun and challenging. If you want to get stronger then this is the class for you!All fitness levels are welcome as alternative simplified exercises will always be given and exercises can be adjusted according to your fitness level.<ul><li>Week 1 - Total body but focusing on Lower body and Abs</li><li>Week 2 - Total body focusing on Upper, Back and Core</li><li>Week 3 - Total body but focusing on Lower Body and Core</li><li>Week 4 - Total body but focusing on Upper Body (sexy shoulders) and Abs</li><li>Week 5 - Total body with a higher intensity, increasing both reps and weights and throwing in some cardio vascular work too.</li><li>Week 6 - Total body with a higher intensity, increasing both reps and weights and throwing in some cardio vascular work too.</li></ul>For each session you will need: a mat, 2kg weights or improvise with objects around your home i.e bottles of water, canned food, bags of sugar, school bag with bookCOURSE DATES: Starts Monday  1st of November to Monday 6th of December 2021Cost: €5 for 6 Weeks Sign Up Via Eventbrite HERE Delivery: LIVE Via ZOOM This 6 week program is carefully designed to improve on technique, strength and movements throughout the 6 weeks. Lucia Byrne Fitness and MH Pilates sessions are designed each week to compliment each other. Where Lucia Byrne Fitness will take you through strength sessions whilst MH Pilates will focus on flexibility and mobility. If you want to get stronger and improve your fitness levels then this is the program for you. Helping you to further gain strength, flexibility, mobility and body control!
