While deeply personal, the story forms part of a wider global conversation about cancer, glyphosate, environmental health and the everyday choices that shape our lives.We are delighted that Thomas O'Connor, farmer and business owner, with his wife Claire, of <a href="http://www.mannaorganicstore.ie" title="http://www.mannaorganicstore.ie" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">www.mannaorganicstore.ie</a> in Kerry (Farm &amp; Store ) will join the panel along with researcher and other health professionals.Guests attending the launch will have the opportunity to hear the story behind the book and take part in meaningful discussion. Members of the public, health professionals, food producers, environmental advocates, book lovers, and curious minds are warmly invited to join this special event of conversation, reflection and connection.Tea/Coffee available from 10.30am/ Light lunch (Middle Eastern flavour) from Sanctuary Catering at 1pm.
