The Crumlin & Walkinstown History Festival 2026 will take place this year  on Saturday 27th June, 2-5pm in St. Agnes Parish Centre, Crumlin.

St. Agnes Parish Hall (Beside St. Agnes Church) D12 KV09

Three talks approximately 40 minutes long each followed by Q&amp;A. 2pm 100 years of Iveagh Gardens, Crumlin: Place and the People - MARGARET MASON - The story of Iveagh Gardens, Crumlin as it reaches its centenary. 3pm The Shaw family – Our Local Aristocrats - TONY MCCARTHY Tracing the rise to power and lasting impact of the Shaw family on the local communities. 4pm Brendan Behan, Joan Littlewood and ‘The quare fellow’: Seventy years on - KILLIAN KIRWAN. The story of the first London production of ‘The Quare Fellow’.
