IAF Certification

Under the Individual Accountability Framework (“IAF”), firms must certify in writing that individuals performing Controlled Functions comply with the Standards of Fitness and Probity before appointment and on an annual basis thereafter. This 1-hour session sets out the certification process, the due diligence required for different role types, and the annual confirmation firms must submit to the Central Bank.
