What is a Cacao Ceremony?

A cacao ceremony is a gentle, heart-opening experience that invites you to slow down, connect with yourself, and set meaningful intentions. We will drink ceremonial-grade cacao in a peaceful, guided space before moving into deeply restorative sound bath.

What's the general vibe like?

When you first arrive, you’ll hear music and notice the scent of natural incense. Candles will be glowing in the room, and I will offer sage smudging to anyone who would like an energy cleansing. At first, the energy may feel a little mystical, but it will soon become lighter and more open.

Ceremonial cacao is pure, minimally processed cacao prepared with intention. It has been used for centuries in Indigenous traditions as a heart-opening plant that supports presence, reflection, and deeper connection during meditation and ceremony. Cacao is slightly bitter in taste.
