With the increasing number of multi-unit developments having owners' management companies (OMCs), the Housing Agency is hosting a free evening networking and outreach session for stakeholders.The event will cover:• Local networking with other people involved with MUDs and OMCs• Roles and responsibilities• Challenges faced by OMCs and managed estates• Resources available Evening Programme:6.30p.m. - Registration and Networking Roundtable (tea/coffee provided)7.00p.m. - Presentation from The Housing Agency7.45p.m. - Q&amp;A8.30p.m. - ClosesAttendance places, while free of charge, are limited.
