Global Solidarity Run Tokyo 2026 | グローバル・ソリダリティ・ラン 東京 2026

2026年10月3日（土）、鵜の木parkrun（毎週土曜朝8時に開催されている無料の5kmランニング、ジョギング、ウォーキングイベント）に参加し、世界中で強制避難を強いられた人々や極度の貧困に苦しむ人々への連帯を示します。ご参加（無料）をご希望の方は、本ページにて参加登録をお願いいたします。

会場：鵜の木緑地（東京都大田区）
集合場所：鵜の木緑地前（大田区立嶺町小学校前）の多摩川河川敷歩道（東急多摩川線鵜の木駅から徒歩12分）

※コースマップ上の緑色のピン「スタート」付近にお集まりください。

※Tシャツの配布、記念撮影、ブリーフィングを行いますので、7時45分までにお集まりください。

On Saturday October 3rd 2026, we are going to join Unoki parkrun (weekly free 5km run, jog and walk event) and show our solidarity for those who are forcibly displaced and those living in extreme poverty around the world. To join this event, please register yourself on this page.

Venue: Unoki Ryokuchi, 3 Chome Unoki, Ota City, Tokyo

Gathering place: Riverside promenade of Unoki Ryokuchi (12 minutes walk from Tokyu Tamagawa Line Unoki Station)

■グローバル・ソリダリティ・ランとは？ / What is the Global Solidarity Run?

グローバル・ソリダリティラン・ランは、世界中の人々が同じ日に集まり、 強制的に避難を強いられた人々や極度の貧困に苦しむ人々への連帯を示す世界規模のランニング・ウォーキングイベントです。本イベントは、 スポーツを通して連帯を示すアイルランドのSanctuary Runnersによる取り組みで、Irish Aid、Ireland Funds、欧州委員会の支援の支援のもと開催されます。

日本では、駐日欧州連合代表部とアイルランド大使館の共催で、10月3日（土）に本イベントを開催します。グローバル・チームの一員として、ラン、ジョグ、ウォークとご自身のペースで参加しませんか？

The Global Solidarity Run is an initiative by Sanctuary Runners, an Irish Solidarity-Through-Sport movement, and supported by Irish Aid, the Ireland Funds and The European Commission.

In Japan, this event is co-hosted by the Delegation of the European Delegation to Japan and the Embassy of Ireland, Japan on 3 October. It is a unique event where people can run, jog or walk any distance as part of one global team. Please feel free to join us.

■イベントTシャツ / Event T-shirt

当日、集合場所にてイベントTシャツをお渡しいたします（先着順、サイズは選べません）。着用のうえご参加いただけますと幸いです。昨年ご参加された方は、ご自身のTシャツのご持参をよろしくお願いいたします。本イベントのテーマカラーはブルーです。ご自身のブルーのTシャツの着用も歓迎いたします。

An event T-shirt will be provided on the day (First come first served, The size cannot be chosen) and we encourage you to wear it during the event. If you participated in this event last year, we encourage you to use yours this time. The themed colour of this event is blue. Your own blue T-shirt is more than welcome.

・本イベントでは、Global Solidarity Run、アイルランド外務省、アイルランド大使館、その他関連団体のウェブサイトおよびSNSでの使用を目的に写真・動画撮影をいたします。

・過去にparkrunに参加したことがあり、ご自身のparkrun IDをお持ちの方はご持参ください。参加記録がつきます。（parkrun IDは無料で取得いただけます。）

・This event is photographed/videographed for the websites and social media accounts owned by the Global Solidarity Run, the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ireland, the Embassy of Ireland in Japan and other related organisations.

・If you have taken part in parkrun in your country before, please bring your parkrun ID. Your results will be recorded. (You can get your parkrun ID for free.)
