<h3>Seaweed, Coastal Traditions and Future Ecological Challenges</h3>As part of EASA 2026, Italian architects Agostino Omini and Anna Setti will present the workshop An Taoille Tuile – High Tide, exploring the relationship between seaweed, coastal traditions, and contemporary ecological challenges. The event is supported by the Italian Institute of Culture in Dublin and moderated by curator Cristina Ciampaglione.The event will offer the public the opportunity to gain insight into the architects' research and design practice through a conversation exploring the origins of their work, their connection to coastal landscapes, with particular attention to Waterford and Ireland—and future perspectives on the protection of marine ecosystems. The projects developed during the workshop will also be on display.Date: 13 August 2026 Time: 5:30 pm (doors open at 5:00 pm) Admission: Free.Event in English
