Online session for family carers

Join ADHD Coach Aoife Hughes for an engaging and practical webinar designed for family carers supporting a child or young person with ADHD. This session will explore strategies for managing school routines, strengthening family relationships, and building confidence at home and in education settings. Through a neuroaffirmative, strengths-based approach, gain practical insights and family-friendly strategies to better understand and support your child.

This session will be recorded and available to watch for 7 days to all those who register.

Speaker: Aoife Hughes is an ICF accredited life coach, specialising in ADHD, based in County Sligo, Ireland. She is a late diagnosed AuDHD adult who knows too well how hard it can be to navigate life with a neurodivergent brain.
