Overview

A 6-Week Online Journey for the Season of Creation.

Tickets are available at different levels, all have the same access to the sessions. We are currently raising funds for the renovation of our accomodation and all money received from ticket sales will go towards this fund.

Join us for a six-week online Franciscan journey through the Season of Creation, beginning on the World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation and concluding on the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi.

Inspired by the wisdom and spirituality of St. Francis, this programme invites you to deepen your relationship with the natural world, discover your place within the web of life, and cultivate hope-filled action in response to today's ecological challenges.

Each week explores a different theme through prayer, reflection, contemplative practice, and community conversation, as well as a different guest speaker:

  • Week 1: Brother Sun & Sister Moon – Wonder and Kinship with Br Ade Green.
Discover the joy of belonging to creation through awe, gratitude, and the Franciscan vision of cosmic siblinghood.
  • Week 2: Air & Wind – Breath and Spirit with Br Richard Hendrick.
Explore the gift of breath as the shared life that connects all beings through stillness and contemplative practice.
  • Week 3: Water – Interdependence (Speaker to be confirmed).
Reflect on the sacred flow of life and deepen your awareness of our interconnectedness through mindful rituals and reflection.
  • Week 4: Transformation & Crisis – Grief, Anger and Hope with Jane Negrych.
Create space for ecological grief and climate anxiety while discovering pathways towards resilience, hope, and compassionate action.
  • Week 5: Earth – Simplicity and Belonging with Br Ade
Embrace the Franciscan invitation to live simply, rediscover what is enough, and nurture a more life-giving relationship with the Earth.
  • Week 6: Integration – Living the Change: A Panel Discussion.
Gather the fruits of the journey by creating a personal Franciscan-inspired Rule of Life that supports ongoing prayer, simplicity, community, and care for our common home.

Through guided reflections, journaling, meditation, nature-based practices, rituals, and shared conversation, this programme offers a gentle yet transformative invitation to reconnect with creation, deepen your spirituality, and discern practical ways of living with greater love, simplicity, and hope.
