About us and our Mini Retreat:

The perfect balance of Yin and Yang yoga.

Niamh's 50 min flow is based on a Vinyasa style that will give you the tools to warm up the body, build some heat and build strength.

Aoife's 50 min Yin class focuses on stretching out the deeper muscles in the body and focuses on slowing down and surrendering the mind and body.

Our aim is to leave you feeling grounded and recharged.

It's the perfect balance of effort, ease and coming together.

Spaces are limited and you can change your mind up to 7 days before and we'll give you your money back. 🙏
