2024 April Waterford Youth Arts - Youth Film Workshops (9-11 yrs)

Interested in film making? Looking for something fun to get involved in? Why not join our Youth Film programme where you will get to learn all aspects of film making under the guidance of film practitioner Thomas Grace.

As part of the workshops, young people will get to learn about all aspects of film making from pre - production to post production, camera use, scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, sound recording, editing and more. Leading to opportunities of creating their own short films as part of a group and submitting them to youth film festivals.

At Waterford Youth Arts, the safety of young people is paramount. We are excited to be back for in-person workshops and we are really looking forward to meeting new creatives as well as welcoming back all our friends from last time.

There procedures in place, guiding what we do and how we work together to remain safe in our creative workshops.
