We are delighted to invite you to join in our upcoming WELLFÉIS!A 2 day event taking place in Listoke House, Drogheda on the 29th &amp; 30th Jan 2022 from 11am - 6pm.This is an alternative way of indulging in the self care you deserve in 2022 with proceeds from ticket sales going straight to SOSAD Ireland.You can expect to see:<ul><li>Meditation Classes</li><li>Ecstatic Dance Classes</li><li>Sound Bath Sessions</li><li>Tarot Card Readings</li><li>Empowering Seminars</li><li>Music </li><li>Healthy Food Vendors</li><li>Market Stalls</li><li>Holistic Treatments</li></ul>Come and join in the self care fun &amp; good vibes in aid of a great cause.You will also go home with a tote bag full of goodies, inspiring content from the people who shared their time, talents &amp; knowledge on the day along with SOSAD information.PARKING &amp; TRANSPORT<ul><li>There is no parking available so you have the option of drop off &amp; pick up</li><li>Or, There is an option of bus with a general pick up &amp; Drop off location in Drogheda</li></ul>*Buses are included in the ticket price - Pick Up Location to be announced closer to date. Since 2007, SOSAD has worked to raise awareness and help prevent suicide in Ireland. We have worked tirelessly in our communities to help those in need feel supported and know they are not alone on their journey. SOSAD offer support and services for people who are struggling with suicidal ideation, self harming, depression, bereavement, stress and anxiety, or if you simply need to talk. If you want to talk, we are here to listen. You can message us, call us, or call into our office.We have eight offices based in Cavan, Louth, Meath and Monaghan from which we provide our services however we are not limited to serving the above counties.SOSAD depends on the fundraising initiatives from the public to keep providing these vital mental health services &amp; grow our areas of facilitating more clients are we become inundated, especially over the last 2 years.
