By nature winter is a time to nourish our souls, slow down and turn within. I will be focusing on supporting this with my wellbeing mini series to 'help us through December' and the seasonal shift. This is an opportunity for everyone to enjoy, whether this is your first time exploring mindfulness or you are a faithful practitioner. Expect short and effective breathing techniques to help calm and soothe the nervous system, gentle yoga and movement to bring us joy and awareness, and deep relaxation to melt away any stress or anxiety.Honor yourself with the gift of wellbeing this festive season to stay grounded and recharged with The Celtic Yogi.
