The Award 1 Hurling Youth Coaching course is for Coaches who coach Children between the ages of 13 &amp; 18.There are 5 * 3 hour sessions to complete the course. Each session will look at a different element of the GAA&#x27;s coaching framework which is called the &quot;ÓTú Model&quot;. Each night will look at 1/2 components of the ÓTú model which are detailed below. The model is made up &quot;How to Coach Skills Model&quot; and the the 3 T&#x27;s &amp; 3 P&#x27;s:3 T&#x27;s are Technical Proficiency, Tactical Prowess &amp; Team Play3 P&#x27;s are Physical Fitness, Psychological Focus &amp; Playing Facts/RulesThe venue for the course is Éire Óg GAA in Ennis. The 5 dates for the course are as follows:Monday 14th Feb 6:30-9:30Monday 21st Feb 6:30-9:30Monday 28th Feb 6:30-9:30Final 2 session dates are TBC.Each session will have a mix between the theory behind each section of the ÓTú model as well as a practical workshop element.The course is limited to a maximum number of 24 participants.
