Deep Dive into the world of Denim: Production, Consumption, Care and Repair

Join Arran Murphy, Rediscover Fashion Programme Manager, for a deep dive into the world of denim looking at production, consumption, care and repair as part of a Repair Series. To celebrate Fashion Revolution Week, Arran will be hosting talks about denim production and repair and upcycling demonstrations. Attendees are also invited to bring along a pair of their own jeans to participate in a denim swap rail and hands-on activities. In our Upcycling Denim area, the Rediscover Fashion team will teach you how to make collars from denim jeans. In our Repair Denim area, you will learn how to make denim patches and embroidery for decorative repair. Come along to this free event and learn all about denim. The Repair Series is an EPA strategic partnership initiative.
