For the second year, this June, L&#x27;OCCITANE is organising its Beach Cleaning event. Book your free ticket and join us on 4th June, from 11am to 1pm, to clean the Salthill Beach / Promenade in Galway. Our L&#x27;OCCI Truck will be parked at Upper Salthill Road, near Curry&#x27;s Fun Park, to make it easy to spot us :) All volunteers will receive a small thank you gift for taking part on this event and we will provide gloves, litter pickers, bin bags, and high vis vests. L&#x27;OCCITANE (pronounced LOX-EE-TAN) is a word that refers to a woman who comes from a region in Southern France. The brand captures the essence of Provence, where the brand was founded, taking inspiration from the captivating colours, scents and traditions. In collaboration with Clean Coasts, we collected 64.5kg of waste, equivalent to 12 bin bags. This year, Galway will be the first stop for our Beach Cleaning event. The second stop is Bull Island, in Dublin, on 11th June, also from 11am to 1pm.
