<p>The brainchild of Walkeleles members, Jackie &amp; Paul Byrne, the Wonderful Walkinstown Festival is supported by the Dublin City Council, and organised by a committee of local residents and organisations. We aim to showcase the best of our community, by promoting sports clubs, talent, art &amp; culture and voluntary groups from the area. The festival will take place on Sunday, September 4th 2022 in the beautiful setting of Walkinstown Park on Walkinstown Avenue.</p><p>Events on the day will include: Live music stage featuring performances from local music and dance groups, Information stands for community organisations, Sports, Storytellers, Clowns, Face painting, Super Heroes and other activities for kids… young and old</p>
