This is a 4 week empregability program. Our objective is to offer community support with expert guidance. The bonus classes included!

This training program offers a comprehensive guide for job seekers navigating the Irish recruitment landscape. There will be 4 sessions in different days and a bonus session for those who are in the IT and Marketing industry. Please use the same link to the calls. May 6th: Session 1 focuses on understanding the recruitment process from a recruiter’s perspective, covering key differences between agency and in-house recruiters, the role and significance of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), the function of umbrella companies, and effective communication with recruiters. May 13th: Session 2 addresses CV creation for the Irish job market, offering guidance on crafting a professional CV that meets European standards, building a personal profile, and showcasing skills, education, and experience. It also includes tips on securing references. May 20th: Session 3 is dedicated to LinkedIn optimization, with insights from a LinkedIn representative on enhancing profile components like the headline, summary, and work history. Participants will also learn best practices for networking, job searching, and engagement using LinkedIn, as well as how to improve their Social Selling Index (SSI). May 27th: Session 4 equips participants with interview techniques, emphasizing storytelling to highlight professional achievements. This session introduces the simpler SBI method (Situation, Behavior, Impact) to help organize responses effectively, making it easier than the STAR method for many job seekers. Bonus Session (date to be decided): The bonus classes will focus on Strategy and Career Planning in the IT and Marketing fields in Ireland.
