Fingal Makerspace is a community creative and education space delivered by Make Create Innovate and focused on maker-centered learning amongst our diverse population in Fingal County and surrounding areas.

Repair, reuse, repurpose old denim jeans using embroidery techniques, laser cutter and vinyl

**Participants must be available for all sessions**Over three sessions you will learn how to use Adobe illustrator to design your own patch. Use our laser cutter to cut and engrave denim fabric by upcycling some old denim jeans. You will also learn about embroidery and iron on vinyl techniques. By the end of this session you will design a patch to put on clothing. Bring in an old piece of clothing for mending and embellishing using patching and embroidery.No experience necessary.Attendees must be 18+Session 1: 6 - 7:45pm Tues September 27thSession 2: 6 - 7:45pm Wed September 28thSession 2: 6 - 7:45pm Thurs September 29th*** PLEASE NOTE: When booking your ticket, you must be sure that you are available for the time and date that this event is taking place.
