As Turkish community in Ireland, we show our respect and remember those who have died in a series of massive earthquakes in Turkey.

Herbert Park

Turkey has been hit by a series of massive earthquakes since the 6th of February, leaving thousands of families homeless and in desperate need of basic necessities such as winter clothing. The death toll is expected to be tripled and rise by the minute, currently around 17000.We are going to gather in Herbert park to show our respect and remember those who have died in these tragic earthquakes, followed by a march towards the Turkish Consulate (located at Raglan Road, Ballsbridge), laying flowers at the consulate gate.Our goal is to show respect and share our grief together, therefore we would like everybody to respect this and not to initiate any protests or similar activities.Please join us to remember our loved ones together.Turkish community in Ireland
