6 WEEKS PILATES FLOWDescription:A 45-50 minute class focusing on improving flexibility, mobility, core strength and stability. Providing you with a space to become aware of the way your body moves- creating that mind-body connection.Each week will be a whole body movement experience consisting of a particular sequence of exercises which will be repeated throughout the class. It will seem like you are constantly moving or flowing.Each week will have a different theme and sequence of exercises.Dates/Times 2023 Course:6.30pm-7.30pm Monday 27th February – Monday 3rd April 2023 Course Venue: Zoom. If you miss the live class the recording will be emailed to you the next day.Cost: €5 for 6 Week CourseP﻿LEASE NOTE: The Monday 13th of March class will be a recording - not a live class
