To celebrate Women in Sport Week we are hosting a Kickboxing and Self Defence for children aged 12 - 17 years. Ann Hargaden kickboxing and self defence instructor will take you through a will a form of martial arts which combines boxing with elements of karate, in particular kicking with bare feet. Taking place: B﻿ray Bowl, Masters Temple Martial Arts (third floor)
