Join in for a 6-week hormone yoga course to bring back hormonal balance, reduce stress and cultivate inner peace, wisdom and self-trust!

About this event


This 6-week hormone therapy yoga course online (Thursdays - 26 May - 30 June ) is aimed at anyone with hormonal imbalances, especially related to:

  • PMS, irregular menstrual cycle & polycystic ovaries
  • fertility
  • hormonal imbalances after a pregnancy or a miscarriage
  • symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes, night sweats, loss of memory, mood changes, hair loss (practiced in order to reduce these symptoms)
  • premature menopause
  • perimenopause in order to keep up slowly decreasing hormone levels
  • as a way to tone and rejuvenate for any women above 35 years old
  • hypothyroidism

In this course, we will practise a sequence of yoga poses that were developed by Dinah Rodrigues (https://www.dinahrodrigues.com.br/home-en) for the purpose of helping lots of people and especially women in balancing their hormones.

The method is proven to have showed amazing results in those who have practised consistently.

As the practise is recommended a few times a week, I will be sharing the recording of each class with you to practice by yourself at home and the sequences of techniques that you can follow at home.


For any new students, there will be an additional 1 hour session prior to the course to give a short introduction to the course and show you some basic practices that we will do in our weekly classes. This session will take place on the 24th May 2022 - 6.15pm.

  • a quiet space for your practice
  • a yoga mat - a blanket you can fold - a couple of cushions to use as a prop or a bolster
  • it's best to practice on an empty stomach. If you are hungry, eat a light snack like a banana max 30-45 mins before the class
  • wear comfortable clothes especially comfy around your belly
  • this class will be hosted via Zoom. Please ensure to have the Zoom application installed prior to class.
