This summer, enjoy a space to calm your mind, warm your heart and energise your creativity!

With mindfulness &amp; happiness teacher Orlaith O&#x27;Sullivan.Beginning on Wednesday 28 June Dates: 28 June, 5 July, 12 July, 19 July, 26 July, 2 August, 9 August, 16 August from 10.30-11.45/12pm. The Calm Café is an 8-week course to explore... YOU!In this fun, creative space we&#x27;ll take time to learn ways of caring for our own hearts and minds - as well as caring for each other and the planet.We&#x27;ll enjoy relaxation, drawing and collage, and guided practices like meditation, starfish, flower watering, ocean breath and more.This is a safe, kind circle to be ourselves and discover ways to take good care of our hearts and minds.All materials provided (but you&#x27;re welcome to bring your favourite colouring supplies if you like).The Calm Café for Children will have its own web page as well, with resources and guided practices to support children at home. Best suited for ages 7-12 (contact Orlaith at hello@orlaithosullivan.com if you have a question). No experience needed. Please book on Eventbrite (you can join the space for the whole summer or drop in for a few weeks). One ticket covers all sessions.
