Intro to Gym for Teenager Girls at Coral Leisure Arklow

T﻿hese gym sessions are a fun, non competitive way for teen girls to keep fit, make friends and learn new skills. The teen fitness class aims to introduce young people to the gym environment and build up their confidence with using the equipment in the gym. The teen girls will learn the difference between cardiovascular and strength training. They will learn how to operate the machines and the proper technique while using them. There will be an emphasis on warming up, cooling down, mobility and flexibility. This class is geared towards girls who are starting their fitness journey.T﻿ime of sessions : 2.30pmD﻿ates :T﻿uesday 6th June and Thursday 10th JuneT﻿uesday 13th June and Thursday 15th JuneT﻿uesday 20th June and Thursday 22nd JuneT﻿uesday 27th June and Thursday 29th June8﻿ sessions only €20
