Join us in celebrating Bike Week 2023 with our exciting event: Free Bike Rental Wednesday! We&#x27;re on a mission to get as many bums on seats as possible and promote cycling as a healthy and eco-friendly mode of transportation.

Ballinastoe is one of the National Mountain bike trail centres run by Coillte, which is free and open to the public with over 30km of single track. There are different graded trails, Blue, Red and Black. They are fun and flowing, and guaranteed to leave a smile on your face.

To ensure everyone has a chance to participate, we&#x27;re offering a limited number of bikes available for free rental. Pre-booking is essential, so be sure to secure your spot early. Bikes will be available for free from 5:30pm to 7pm, giving you plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely ride or a thrilling adventure.

We kindly ask participants to only sign up if they are committed to attending the event, as we want to make sure that all available bikes are utilized. This will ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy this exciting opportunity to ride for free during Bike Week.

Let&#x27;s make Bike Week 2023 a memorable event for all!P﻿lease note bikes will be provided. There is a minimum height requirement of 5ft. A﻿ wavier will be e-mailed to you before the event. Please make sure to have a copy with you. Adults must complete an online waiver before arrival (they also need to complete one for their child) Link to waiver: https://biking.checkfront.com/reserve/documents/directory/ •	You should come with the waiver either printed or show us the completed waiver on your phones. You can’t partake in a session until the waiver is signed.
